We ALSO talked about the FACT that YOUR BODY TYPE and UNDERSTANDING what you ARE is the WAY “YOU” LEARN your “OWN” BODY so that YOU WORK “WITH” the BODY and NOT AGAINST it TO PRODUCE the HEALTHY “ACCURATE” you… … …

SO we TALKED yesterday ABOUT the SALT and HOW that SALT is LITERALLY KILLING EVERYONE and HOW you NEED to CUT the SALT and FLUSH the WATER… I TOLD y’all that YOU WATER should BE TAKEN in BETWEEN MEALS MOSTLY… Ok, so WHAT you WANT to do is DRINK BETWEEN MEALS NO SOON than 30 mins before or AFTER your MEALS… But you SHOULD be DRINKING and SIPPING your ALKALINE WATER THROUGHOUT the DAY… DON’T DRINK all of it at ONCE because that DOESN’T REALLY FLUSH you PROPERLY. YOU want to be DRINKING throughout the DAY, and YOU WANT your WATER to DRAW the SALT OUT… So the MORE you DRINK the MORE WATER your BODY RELEASES that has BEEN STORED up… … … If you HAVE BEEN EATING SALTY BAD FOOD for a WHILE with NO THOUGHT to ALLOWING the FOOD to PROPERLY PROCESS OUT of the BODY, what you HAVE to KEEP in MIND is that YOU ARE TEACHING and TRAINING the BODY to RESPOND to a COMPLETELY DIFFERNT REALITY… AND in that REALITY “YOU” ARE the BOSS, NOT your BODY or IT’S “UNHEALTHY” URGES… … … So DOES ANYONE KNOW what the BODY DOES when it’s USED to a CERTAIN REALITY and its FORCED INTO ANOTHER?… It CRAVES the LIFE that its USED to living… If ANYONE has EVER STRUGGLED with DRUG ADDICTION or know someone who has, they KNOW that WHEN they WANT to STOP DRUGS, that DON’T STOP the CRAVINGS or DESIRES for them… So WHEN you TRAIN the BODY ACCORDING to a CERTAIN REALITY, the BODY BECOMES ADDICTED to the CYCLES of THAT REALITY… So what that MEANS is YOUR BODY WILL go into a SORT of SHOCK when it’s NOT BEING GIVEN what it NORMAL uses for LIFE ENERGY… … … And SHOCK is GOOD in THIS UNDERSTANDING because your BODY is OFF ITS PIVOT and YOU HAVE the STRENGTH to LEAD the BODY a OPPOSED to THE BODY LEADING you… … …

So WHAT I NEED for you TO DO FOR a LITTLE WHILE if NECESSARY is SEE your BODY as YOUR NOT SO GOOD FRIEND that WANTS to LEAD you DOWN the PATH of DEATH that WE ALL ARE AVOIDING… … … So “YOU” HAVE to TAKE “PSYCHOLOGICAL” CONTROL and AUTHORITY over the BODY and its URGES and CRAVINGS… MEANING, If you ARE the LEADER then YOU NEED to BE the LEADER, and you NEED to SHOW the BODY the PATH it is TO TAKE “SEPARATE” from y’all BEING BUDDIES at this POINT… Y’all CAN’T BE FRIENDS UNTIL it UNDERSTANDS and RESPECTS the PATH WE ARE TAKING and is COMPLETELY ON BOARD… And you WILL KNOW when she IS because SHE will GET LIFE at the SIGHT of HEALTH and BEAUTY as OPPOSED to trying TO FIGHT and DECIEVE you ONTO the WRONG PATH… So you NEED to ARM YOURSELF with a MIND that DOES NOT SUPPORT the BODY and HER BAD HABITS that SHE LIKE To KEEP UP because YOU WEREN’T ON the JOB LIKE you were SUPOOSED to BE… … …

So WE GOT the ALKALINE WATER coming in THROUGHOUT the DAY and WE GOT the SALT going OUT the DIET AS MUCH as POSSIBLE… And ON TOP of that WE GOT the SAUNA SUITS and JOGGING SUITS OUT and GETTIN their “DAILY” if POSSIBLE USEAGE… So WE FLUSHING… … … REMEMBER SWEATIN is GOOD and AS MUCH as YOU CAN… ONE thing that I DO with the SAUNA SUITS is a SKULL CAP or HOODIE… AND it JUST KEEPS the BODY FROM BEING ABLE to COOL ITSELF and FORCES MORE SWEATING… BUT I NEED y’all TO BE CAREFUL with the SKULL CAPS and HOODIES in the SUMMER if YOU STUPID and DON’T KNOW how TO NOT KILL yourself in the HEAT… THE TRUTH is THAT SKULL CAP or HOOD is GONNA “GREATLY” INCREASE the SWEATING… If you CAN HAVE your WHOLE BODY COVERD so that NO SKIN is SHOWING is the BEST… … … If you DON’T HAVE a SAUNA SUIT or CAN’T GET one at the MOMENT, when I WAS in PRISON I USED PLASTIC GARBAGE BAGS as MY SAUNA SUIT UNDER my WORKOUT CLOTHES… It DIEFINITELY WORKS and it KEEPS the HEAT IN… … … WHENEVER I WORKOUT, which is a FEW times a WEEK I ALWAYS HAVE ON MY SAUNA SUIT, even though I’m NOT WALKING and JUST LIFTING WEIGHTS, or HITTING THE HEAVY BAG… I’M STILL GETTIGN the SALT and EXCESS WATER OUT with MY NORMAL WORKOUT… … …

So WE GOT the PSYCHOLOGICAL ASPECTS DOWN… RITE NOW you and YOUR BODY are AT ODDS and SHE JUST NEEDS to BE REMINDED that “YOU” are the HEAD… So YOU JUST NEED to LEAD HER at this POINT UNTIL SHE HAS FLUSHED and DRAINED of ALL the FOOLISHNESS that YOU HAVE GIVEN HER and ALLOWED for HER to EMBRACE… … … And YOU REMOVED the SCALE, and the MIRROR is FOR WHEN you are COVERED or got something on yo ASS… … … THIS is IMPORTANT Y’all, SERIOUSLY… PEOPLE NEVER CHANGE their LIFESTYLES BECAUSE they ARE “CONSTANTLY” CONDEMNED at the SIGHT of the BULLSHIT they CAUSED to THEMSELVES… So you NEVER BUILD the PSYCHOLOGICAL STRENGTH to STAND in the REALITY of LIFE and BUILD HEALTHY LIFE OPERATIONS that are “CONCRETE” to YOUR REALITY… … …

So HOW to COMPLIMENT the JUMP START of the METABOLISM with EATING?… OF course WHAT you EAT, but MORE IMPORTANTLY HOW “MUCH” and “WHEN” you EAT is PARAMOUNT… … … OK, UNDERSTAND this… If you WORK a JOB and HAVE to GET up and EAT before you GO to WORK or YOU EAT at WORK… BREAKFAST is EXACTLY THAT, you ARE BREAKING your FAST… So WHAT you WANT to DO RITE AWAY for BREAKFAST is TEACH the BODY how to “ATTACK” the FAT CELLS that you HAVE STORED… … … SO UNDERSTAND this… WHAT your FAT CELLS ARE is STORED ENERGY or FEUL… BASICALLY FEUL for a RAINY DAY… SO YOU WANT RAINY DAYS FOR a WHILE RITE?… So what you WANT to do is WAKE the BODY UP WITH FOOD, but YOU DON’T WANT the BODY to GET ALL OF ITS LIFE and NOURISHMENT of that FOOD… WHAT you WANT is, you want the BODY to RECOGNIZE that it NEEDS FOOD and YOU WANT to “SIKE” the BODY into THINKING that IT’S BOUT to GET “ALL” that it NEEDS from the FOOD… So WHAT HAPPENS is the BODY GETS AWAKEN by the FOOD, WHICH gets the METABOLISM GOING, but you “ONLY” WANT to GIVE the BODY ENOUGH FOOD for it to LOOK for the REST of IT when you STOP at JUST a SMALL BOWL of OATMEAL, and AN EGG… So WHAT HAPPENS is TWO FOLD… YOU BREAK the FAST and START the METABOLISM GOING and over time YOUR STOMACH SHRINKS from the SMALL PORTIONS of FOOD that it’s GETTING, as OPPOSED to a “FEAST” EVERY MEAL… … …

So you EAT your OATMEAL and EGG and YOU WALK to WHERE you GOTTA GO or YOU GO WALKING for your EXERCISE “IF YOU CAN” in the MORNING… I UNDERSTAND that’s A STRETCH RITE AWAY in the MORNING for PEOPLE THAT HAVE to GO TO WORK, so IF YOU CAN’T NO WORRIES… I SAY the MORNING WALK BECAUSE it HELPS JUMP START the METABOLISM… But IF you ARE ABLE to in the MORNINGS, IT’S “BETTER” to EAT “AFTER” your WALK, but STILL ONLY EAT the OATMEAL and EGG or SOMETHING LOW in CALORIES and SALT… SO if you CAN WALK in the MORNING “BEFORE” you EAT that’s PERFECT, your METABOLISM WILL BE THROUGH THE ROOF in NO TIME… … … But the KICKER is YOU NEED to KEEP that EATING REGIMEN up THROUGHOUT the DAY… MEANING, you NEED to be EATING SMALL PORTIONS that “ONLY” are to CURVE the HUNGER BITE and IGNITE the PATH to the STORED FAT CELLS… … … AND of COURSE this is FOR PEOPLE that NEED to LOSE WEIGHT… … …

Now there is ONE MISCONCEPTION that I NEED to POINT OUT… … … EATING NOTHING DOES “NOT” HELP you To LOSE WEIGHT HEALTHY… MATTER of FACT EATING TO LITTLE “ONLY” FORCES the RETAINING of MORE WATER… And the PSYCHOLOGY of the BODY BEHIND that is, “IF YOU DON’T GIVE ME ENOUGH, THEM I WON’T PASS ANYTHING”… So THIS is WHY I SAY WE HAVE to “SIKE” the BODY into Thinking IT’S ABOUT TO GET it ALL, but THEN FORCE it to GO LOOKING FOR the REST from what’s STORED… … … So WHAT we ARE DOING is TRAINING the BODY AROUND OUR REALITY, as OPPOSED to the BODY CREATING and DICTATING it’s OWN REALITY… … …

SO SMALL PORTIONS THROUGHOUT the DAY and WATER FLUSHING BETWEEN those MEALS… People THAT SNACK THROUGHOUT the DAY, STOP… WHY are you DOING THAT?… IT’S PURELY PSYCHOLOGICAL, so JUST STOP… If you ARE HUNGRY and NEED to EAT, EAT REAL FOOD and EAT a SMALL MEAL… FOOD is NOT YOUR LIFE, so STOP AFFORDING it the HIGHLIGHT of your DAY and THE ENERGY of YOUR KING… It’s TO KEEP you IN HEALTH and FULL of LIFE, not to JUST INDULGE BECAUSE you GOT a TASTE for this or THAT… … … If you WANT a SNACK, SNACK ON FRUIT… DO NOT SNACK on NUTS of “ANY” KIND because even though they SEEM LIKE a SMALL HEALTHY SNACK, they DECIEVE you into BELIEVING because they are SMALL that THEY ARE HARMLESS… NUTS CARRY A LOT OF CALORIES and FAT, so they ARE NOT a GOOD SNACK to SNACK on while you ARE TRAINING the BODY…

ALSO I HAVE TO TELL y’all THIS… WHLIE you are STARTING and TRAINING the BODY AROUND the MIND, YOU ARE GONNA “FEEL” HUNGRY… And THAT HUNGER is GOOD, it’s LETTING you KNOW that YOUR METABOLISM is WORKING… WHEN you FEEL that WHERE do YOU THINK your FEUL is COMNG FROM at that POINT?… … … FAT CELLS… … … So you may FEEL HUNGRY for a WHILE UNTIL you BEGIN to REQURIE LESS food to KEEP YOU GOING… But DON’T WORRY that FEELING WILL PASS and WHEN you DO FEEL HUNGRY it WILL ONLY BE BECAUSE you ARE “ACTUALLY” HUNGRY… Your HUNGER in the BEGINNING is MOSTLY BECAUSE you are BREAKING an ADDICTION that YOU HAVE BUILT PROBABLY your WHOLE LIFE… So the BODY “WILL” THROW a LITTLE BIT of a FIT at YOU because it’s NOT GETTING IT’S REGULAR FIX… BUT it’s OF COURSE MIND over MATTER and YOU WILL BE FINE… … … So IF you EAT THREE BIG MEALS a DAY, INCLUDING SNACKS, it needs to BE SIX or EIGHT REALLY SMALL MEALS and it NEEDS to “ONLY” BE REAL “UNPROCESSED” FOODS and WATER…

So YOU WILL GO THROUGH a LITTLE BIT of a WITHDRAWL in the BEGINNING like ANYTHING your BODY is ADDICTED to, but it WILL PASS… … … AGAIN, WATER and SWEATING is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT at this POINT… NOT ONLY are we REMOVING the SALT and WATER, but we ARE REMOVING the TOXINS BUILT up in the BODY… SO FOOD is IMPORTANT, but NOT as IMPORTANT as that SWEATING and WATER at this POINT… … … MANY PEOPLE are UNDER the UNDERSTANDING that EATING BEFORE you GO to SLEEP is BAD for YOU… WELL IF YOU CAN AVOID EATING BEFORE BED it’s GOOD, but the TRUTH is it’s MORE of “WHAT” you EAT before BED that’s the REAL ISSUE… FRUIT or NON DRY CARBS are ALWAYS GOOD, and LEAN HEALTHY PROTEIN is OK as WELL if YOU ARE LIKE ME and CAN’T SLEEP when you HUNGRY… … … But SMALL PORTIONS JUST to CURVE the HUNGER so you CAN SLEEP… … … But WHAT you “REALLY” WANT to FOCUS on is CHANGING the MIND and UNDERSTANDING THAT YOU HAVE to DO WHAT the BODY WANTS to DO is REALLY WHAT WE SHOOTING FOR… ONCE you “STOP” BEING SUBJECT to your BODY and LEARN it and WHAT it NEEDS to BE THE IMAGE it was CREATED to be and OPERATE the WAY it was DESIGNED, you WILL “ALWAYS” be IN CONTROL of WEIGHT and IMAGE because “YOU” ARE the ONE IN CONTROL… AS OPPOSED to BEING IN DARKNESS and BEING IN BONDAGE to YOUR OWN BODY and IGNORANCES… … … Its YOUR WOMAN, once you TEACH HER, then you LEARN FROM HER WHAT SHE NEEDS so that Y’all HAVE HARMONY and PARADISE… … …
