Yesterday we talked about the FACT that WE ARE taking AUTHORITY of THE BODY and WE ARE DICTATING the PATH it is to take with US, and HOW that in TAKING that ATUTHORITY we HAVE to UNDERSTAND that OUR BODIES are OUR RESPONSIBILITY and NOT the DOCTORS or YOUR MOTHER… We ALSO TALKED about the FACT that ATTACKING the BODY from the MULTIPLE ANGLES of FLUSHING and JUMP STARTING the METABOLISM, we ARE CAUSING for the BODY to DETOX as WELL as LEARN HOW to LIVE ACCORDING to “LIFE” OPERATIONS…

So today what I want to START with is more of the REASONS I SAY STAY OUT the MIRROR… So BECAUSE we are SHOCKING the BODY with the WALKING, SAUNA SUITS, and the DRASTIC REPRODUCTION in CALORIES and FOOD INTAKE, “NATURALLY” what the BODY DOES is RETAIN WATER… Now THIS WATER RETENSION is “NOT” BAD at ALL, this is a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT TYPE of WATER RETENSION… So UNDERSTAND this, WHENEVER you REDUCE your CALORIES your BODY will REDUCE HOW MUCH WATER it RELEASES because it’s TRYING to KEEP EVERYTHING for a RAINY DAY LIKE we TALKED about… So what you wanna do is KEEP in MIND that the WATER YOU ARE FLUSHING is the GOOD WATER and it WILL SHOW UP IN THE BODY… So you will look WATERY and YOU WILL FEEL WATERY WHILE we ARE in a PHASE of REDUCED CALORIES… But the REASON why I SAY this is “GOOD” or NOT so BAD WATER RETENSION is BECAUSE as SOON as YOU PICK up the EATING AGAIN, which we will TALK ABOUT LATER, “ALL” THE WATER WILL FLUSH RTIE OUT, RITE AWAY because the BODY DOES NEED to HOLD it ANYMORE… AND THAT’S WHEN you will SEE your “TRUE” WEIGHT and SIZE… … … SO KEEP in MIND “NOTHING” is ACCURATE WHILE you ARE SHOCKING the BODY… SOME DAYS you WILL “GAIN” WEIGHT while you ARE DIETING, or SHOCKING the BODY… AND ALL of that is COMPLETELY “NORMAL”… This is WHY I SAY NO SCALES and NO MIRRORS… They will STEAL YOUR STRENGTH… … …

ANYTIME the BODY is UNDER ANY STRESS it will SHOW you in it’s DISPLAY SOMEWHERE if you ARE LOOKING… AND YOU CAN NEVER TRUST ANYTHING when the BODY is IN SHOCK… Example- Those that WEIGHT TRAIN understand the IMPORTANCE of the PROPER BALANCE of the “PROPER” CARBS for you MUSCLE BELLIES to be ABLE to HOLD and RETAIN the ACCURATE AMOUNT of WATER… So WHEN I FAST FROM “ALL” DRY CARBS for a SPELL for this or that REASON, my MUSCLES DEFLATE and “LOOK” FLAT or it HAS the “APPEARANCE” of WEIGHT LOSS or LOSS of MUSCLE MASS… But AS SOON as I EAT DRY CARBS, the SUGARS BUILD back in the MUSCLE and the MUSCLE HOLDS it’s PROPER FORM… The ACCURATE WEIGHT, SIZE and STRENGTH of the MUSCLE COMES RITE BACK, but IS LEANER and MORE DEFINED… This is HOW MANY MANY ATHLETES MANAGE WEIGHT… So WHILE the BODY is IN SHOCK, or NORMAL HEALTHY OPERATIONS of LIFE are NOT IN PLACE it WILL SHOW UP in the BODIES DISPLAY… So AGAIN, DO NOT THINK or WORRY ABOUT your WEIGHT and WHAT you SEE and FEEL if you ARE DOING the WORK, because SOON as YOU NORMALIZE your “NEW” HEALTHY DIET, your BODY WILL RELEASE the GOOD WATER within TWO to THREE DAYS… THEN you WILL SEE the ALL the WORK you PUT IN… SO NO SCALES and NO MIRRORS… … …

So we GOT the SAUNA SUITS, JOGGING SUITS and the SKULL CAPS and HOODIES and we WALKING “BRISKLY” or at an ELEVATED RATE. So SIMPLE CARBS ARE PERFECT SNACKS, it doesn’t HAVE to BE JUST FRUIT just NOTHING COMPLEX or DRY… ALSO keep in MIND as a MENTAL NOTE, SIMPLE CARBS are “ALWAYS” GONNA be LOWER in CALORIES… AND it MAKES SINCE, “ANY” PROCESS ADDED to a FOOD INCREASES the CALORIES of the FOOD… SO SIMPLE CARBS for SNACKS to GIVE you ENERGY before your next “SMALL” MEAL… … … So THAT SIMPLE CARB of FRUIT did WHAT?… … … THE SUGAR gave you ENERGY, “NOT” NOURISHMENT or MADE the HUNGRY FEELING GO AWAY… REMEMBER HUNGRY will BE HERE for a LITTLE BIT UNTIL the BODY GETS USED to the ADJUSTMENT… SO KEEP in MIND that you JUST EATIN to GIVE you ENERGY ENOUGH TO STAY PRESENT… … … WE WORKING the BODY MOSTLY off the STORED FAT CELLS… BUT WE GOTTA KEEP the BODY THINKING SHE ACTUALLY GETTIN SOMETHING… So THE SUGAR HELPS to SIKE HER OUT as WELL… OR it GETS HER EXCITED to USE MORE ENERGY that’s STORED up… … …

COMPLEX CARBS HAVE THEIR VALUE as WELL, but WHILE WE ARE in the PHASE of LOSING the WATER and ATTACKING the FAT CELLS, we NEED to KEEP them OUT the PICTURE as MUCH as POSSIBLE… … … SO NOW that we UNDERSTAND that the METABOLISM is RUNNING HOT and WE UNDERSTAND that “WE” CONTROL it, now we HAVE the AUTHORITY PICK BETTER FOOD CHOICES BASED on that KNOWLEDGE and FOUNDATION… MEANING, SINCE we HAVE an OBJECTIVE and the FOUNDATION and PATH FOR the OBJECTIVE, now we HAVE THE AUTHORITY to BUILD OUR REALITY ACCORDING to the OBJECTIVE and WHAT we KNOW ABOUT our BODIES and THE DIRECTION we WANNA TAKE them WITH the FOOD… … …
